The Soft Metal Lounge is my life or at least reclaiming the life I thought I lost. I woke up one day wanting to escape inside a dream of a Y2k future that never came. Its not too late.
This is my space for genuine exploration and, quite literally, an escape from the Matrix. An attempt to live the life I've always dreamt. Again, its not too late.
Because this is a time portal, my introductory post it will change and be rewritten as time passes. So come back to see how my perspective has changed.

I built this site because I needed place for dreamers like me. The Soft Metal Lounge is living and breathing reflecting my desires. I remember the feeling I had the first time I discovered Tumblr back in its early days. Peering silently into peoples lives. Soft Metal Lounge bridges that feeling with the love of the Y2K.
